Dezvoltarea complexului agroalimentar prin îmbunătățirea politicilor de creditare a entităților agroalimentare

Abstract

Prоblemаtіcа studіuluі constă în argumentarea din punct de vedere științific și metodologic a dezvoltării și creșterii economice a sectorului agrar, prin modificările politicii de finanțare și creditare. Оbіectіvele studіuluі constă în aplicarea abordărilor concepțiilor teoretice și a rezultatelor obținute în urma analizei situației reale și a tendințelor de creștere economică a sectorului agrar, precum și recomandările elaborate privind promovarea politicii de creditare prin prisma modificărilor legislative, în contextul perfecționării și aplicării în viitor a unor mecanisme de creştere economică a sectorului agrar. Metоdele аplіcаte În calitate de metode de cercetare au servit: metoda observării, metoda tabelelor, metoda grupării, compararea, metoda seriilor cronologice, metoda corelației analiza etc. Suportul informațional și statistic a fost asigurat de actele legislative ale Republicii Moldova, materialele Biroului Național de Statistică al Republicii Moldova, Ministerului Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare, situațiile financiare și datele analitice ale băncilor, datele situațiilor financiare ale întreprinderilor agricole analizate și alte surse ce vizează subiectele de cercetare în teză. Rezultаtele оbțіnute constă în argumentarea din punct de vedere științific și metodologic a dezvoltării și creșterii economice a sectorului agrar, fapt ce a confirmat oportunitatea perfecționării mecanismelor de stimulare a creșterii economice prin politica creditară.

The prоblem оf the study consists in arguing from a scientific and methodological point of view the development and economic growth of the agrarian sector, through the changes in the financing and crediting policy. The оbjectіves оf the study consists in the application of approaches to theoretical conceptions and the results obtained from the analysis of the real situation and economic growth trends of the agricultural sector, as well as the recommendations developed regarding the promotion of credit policy through the lens of legislative changes, in the context of the improvement and future application of certain mechanisms of economic growth of the agricultural sector. The methоds аpplіed The following research methods were used: observation method, table method, grouping method, comparison, chronological series method, correlation method, analysis, etc. The informational and statistical support was provided by the legislative acts of the Republic of Moldova, the materials of the National Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Moldova, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, the financial statements and analytical data of the banks, the data of the financial statements of the analyzed agricultural enterprises and other sources related to the subjects of thesis research. The results оbtаіned. consists in arguing from a scientific and methodological point of view the development and economic growth of the agrarian sector, a fact that confirmed the opportunity to perfect the mechanisms for stimulating economic growth through credit policy.
