Abstract

Teza de master este structurată din copertă, pagina de titlu, declarația studentului, avizul conducătorului tezei de master, rezumat, cuprins, introducere, conținutul lucrării, concluzii, bibliografie și anexe. Conținutul lucrării este format din 3 capitole, fiecare capitol fiind divizat la rîndul său în 2 subcapitole. Scopul principal constă în cercetarea fundamentală а unui sistem eficient și prudent de elaborare а activității bancare precum și rolul instituțiilor financiare, cât și studierea aspectelor teoretice, metodologice și practice ce țin de activitatea băncii privind produsele și serviciile propuse de BC„ENERGBANK”SA. Obiectivul de bază al tezei de master este cercetarea și analiza multidisciplinară a activității băncii comerciale cu scopul utilizării rezultatelor în domeniul de activitate caracteristic specializării. Metodologia cercetării s-a axat pe utilizarea unor serii de metode de cercetare științifică cum ar fi: metoda de analiză, metoda comparativă, studiul monografic, calcule automatizate în procesoare tabelare. Baza informațională este reprezentată și de sursele legislative ce cuprind actele reglementatorii ale organelor abilitate în domeniu. Bazele teoretice și metodologice ale activității bancare au fost cercetate în regulamentele BNM și regulamentele interne ale băncii.

The master's thesis is structured from the cover, the title page, the student's statement, the opinion of the master's thesis supervisor, summary, table of contents, introduction, the content of the paper, conclusions, bibliography and appendices. The content of the paper consists of 3 chapters, each chapter being divided in turn into 2 subchapters. The main goal consists in the fundamental research of an efficient and prudent system for developing the banking activity as well as the role of financial institutions, as well as studying the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects related to the bank's activity regarding the products and services proposed by BC "ENERGBANK" SA. The basic objective of the master's thesis is the research and multidisciplinary analysis of the commercial bank's activity with the aim of using the results in the field of activity characteristic of the specialization. The research methodology focused on the use of a series of scientific research methods such as: the analysis method, the comparative method, the monographic study, automated calculations in spreadsheet processors. The information base is also represented by the legislative sources that include the regulatory acts of the competent bodies in the field. The theoretical and methodological bases of the banking activity were researched in the NBM regulations and the bank's internal regulations.
