Rolul digitalizării pentru eficientizarea activității întreprinderii

Abstract

Teza de master explorează impactul digitalizării în eficientizarea activității întreprinderii S.C. „TRANSAF GRUP" S.R.L., în contextul general al digitalizării în mediul de afaceri. În prima parte a lucrării se analizează aspectele teoretice și practice ale digitalizării proceselor economice, evidențiindu-se importanța acestui fenomen în cadrul revoluției industriale 4.0. De asemenea, se examinează aspectele legislative la nivel European și național, cu accent pe proiectul EU4Digital, și se explorează efectele digitalizării asupra economiei la nivel macro și micro. Partea a doua a lucrării se concentrează pe analiza economico-financiară a activității întreprinderii S.C. „TRANSAF GRUP" S.R.L., inclusiv descrierea generală a activității, situația transportului de mărfuri în Republica Moldova, analiza rezultatelor financiare și a indicatorilor de rentabilitate, precum și analiza situației financiar-patrimoniale. În partea finală a lucrării, se explorează rolul digitalizării în eficientizarea activității întreprinderii, cu accent pe optimizarea proceselor operaționale, îmbunătățirea relațiilor cu clienții și partenerii de afaceri prin intermediul soluțiilor digitale, și creșterea competitivității și adaptabilității pe piață. Lucrarea se încheie cu recomandări și sugestii pentru implementarea digitalizării în cadrul întreprinderii S.C. „TRANSAF GRUP" S.R.L. Această teză de master oferă o perspectivă amplă asupra modului în care digitalizarea poate contribui la optimizarea activității unei întreprinderi din sectorul transporturilor și la creșterea competitivității pe piață.

Objectives: Investigating the theoretical and practical aspects of the digitization of economic processes. Evaluation of the impact of digitization on the activity of SC „TRANSAF GRUP” SRL. Identifying the ways in which digitization can optimize the company's operational processes and business relationships. The methods applied to the research: The research is based on the theoretical study of specialized literature, the analysis of financial and economic data of the company SC „TRANSAF GRUP” SRL, as well as on the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

The master's thesis explores the impact of digitization in the efficiency of the activity of the company S.C. „TRANSAF GRUP" S.R.L., in the general context of digitization in the business environment. In the first part of the paper, the theoretical and practical aspects of the digitization of economic processes are analyzed, highlighting the importance of this phenomenon within the industrial revolution 4.0. It also examines legislative issues at European and national level, with a focus on the EU4Digital project, and explores the effects of digitization on the macro and micro economy. The second part of the paper focuses on the economic-financial analysis of the activity of S.C. „TRANSAF GRUP" S.R.L., including the general description of the activity, the situation of the transport of goods in the Republic of Moldova, the analysis of financial results and profitability indicators, as well as the analysis of the financial and patrimonial situation. In the final part of the paper, the role of digitization in the efficiency of the company's activity is explored, with an emphasis on optimizing operational processes, improving relations with customers and business partners through digital solutions, and increasing competitiveness and adaptability in the market. The paper ends with recommendations and suggestions for the implementation of digitization within the enterprise S.C. „TRANSAF GROUP" S.R.L. This master's thesis provides a broad perspective on how digitization can contribute to optimizing the activity of an enterprise in the transport sector and increasing competitiveness in the market.
