Eficientizarea managementului financiar în scopul realizării obiectivelor întreprinderii

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: identificarea intrumentelor și metodelor de eficientizare a managementului financiar pentru a realiza obiectivele funadamentale din întreprindere, cu ajutorul indicatorilor cheie, din cadrul Întreprinderii Municipale INFOCOM. Obiectivele cercetării: evidențierea aprofundată a conceptului de management financiar și rolul său în activitatea economică, cât și conturarea obiectivelor generale care stau la baza eficientizării activității manageriale; determinarea la nivel de sector în țară a genului de activitate care necesită analizat, dar și diagnosticarea în dinamică a principalilor indicatori financiari care determină eficientizarea activității; elaborarea măsurilor de soluționare a eficientizării maxime a managementului financiar în scopul realizării obiectivelor principale din cadrul întreprinderii. Metodologia cercetării științifice: În elaborarea tezei au fost utilizate date cât mai actuale și metode generale de analiză calitativă, dar și cantitativă a principalilor indicatori financiari. Noutatea şi originalitatea ştiinţifică: se bazează pe argumentarea necesității efientizării managementului financiar pentru a fi realizate obiectivele financiare ale companiei; dezvoltarea noțiunii de „management financiar al întreprinderii”, prin care se conturează rolul managementului financiar la întreprinderile din sectorul economiei, dar și elaborarea unui set de obiective financiare recomandate întreprinderilor sistemelor informaționale din Republica Moldova, realizarea cărora va conduce spre atingerea obiectivului general de maximizare a valorii de piață a întreprinderii.Rezultatele obținute, care contribuie la soluționarea problemei ştiinţifice importante: se bazează în demonstrarea științifică a rolului managementului financiar în fundamentarea principalelor obiective din cadrul companiei, fapt ce a rezultat în realizarea analizei financiare a principalilor indicatori: venitul din vânzări, profitul scontat, indicatorilor de rentabilitate, lichiditate, riscul de falimet, ceea ce a demonstrat că acest sector are o prosperitate financiară enormă în viitorul apropiat, cu posibilități enorme de dezvoltare și progresare, doar dacă este realizat și motivat personalul care activează cu dăruire, dar și eficientizate contiuă a obiectivelor managementului financiar. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării: este determinată din recomandările și metodele eficiente de sporire a indicatorilor analizați, al activității în general, care au o valoare și mai eficientă dacă sunt aplicate. Implementarea rezultatelor ştiinţifice: Posibilitatea de implimentare a recomandărilor de investiție, dar și de implimentare a managementului schimbărilor în cadrul Întreprinderii Municipale INFOCOM, este destul de mare, datorită unui management financiar cu perspectivă de conlucrare și deschisă spre schimbări.

The purpose of the work: to identify the tools and methods of financial management efficiency in order to achieve the fundamental objectives within the enterprise, with the help of key indicators, within the INFOCOM Municipal Enterprise. The objectives of the research: the in-depth highlighting of the concept of financial management and its role in the economic activity, as well as the outline of the general objectives that are the basis of the efficiency of the managerial activity; the determination at sector level in the country of the type of activity that needs to be analyzed, but also the dynamic diagnosis of the main financial indicators that determine the efficiency of the activity; the development of solutions for the maximum efficiency of financial management in order to achieve the main objectives within the enterprise. Scientific research methodology: The most current data and general qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of the main financial indicators were used in the elaboration of the thesis. Scientific novelty and originality: it is based on arguing the need to streamline financial management in order to achieve the company's financial objectives; the development of the notion of "financial management of the enterprise", through which the role of financial management in the enterprises of the economy sector is outlined, but also the elaboration of a set of financial objectives recommended to the information systems enterprises of the Republic of Moldova, the achievement of which will lead to the achievement of the general objective of maximizing the market value of the enterprise. The results obtained, which contribute to the solution of the important scientific problem: are based on the scientific demonstration of the role of financial management in substantiating the main objectives within the company, which resulted in the financial analysis of the main indicators: sales revenue, expected profit, profitability indicators , liquidity, the risk of bankruptcy, which has demonstrated that this sector has enormous financial prosperity in the near future, with enormous possibilities for development and progress, only if the personnel who work with dedication are realized and motivated, but also continuously streamlined, the objectives of financial management . The applicative value of the work: it is determined from the recommendations and effective methods of increasing the analyzed indicators, of the activity in general, which have an even more effective value if they are applied. Implementation of scientific results: The possibility of implementing investment recommendations, but also of implementing change management within the Municipal Enterprise INFOCOM, is quite high, thanks to a financial management with a collaborative perspective and open to change.
