Diagnosticarea probabilității de faliment al întreprinderii S.R.L. „GENERAL INSTAL GROUP”

Abstract

Scopul de bază a prezentei lucrări reprezintă diagnosticarea probabilității de faliment a

întreprinderii ,,General Instal Group” S.R.L. Realizarea scopului dat este determinată de cîteva obiective de bază: Prezentarea metodelor teoretice de determinare a riscului de faliment; Prezentarea generala a structurii întreprinderii; Analiza economico-financiară a întreprinderii; Diagnosticarea și aprecierea riscului de faliment; Propunerea planului de însănătoșire a întreprinderii. În cadrul tezei date au fost utilizate metodele generale de prelucrare și sistematizare a datelor precum: analiză, sinteză, metodele statice de prelucrare a datelor. Capitolul unu al prezentei lucrări, agordează aspectele teoretice precum noțiuni generale și concepturi ale probababilității de faliment. Tot în capitolul dat au fost prezentate factorii principali care conduc întreprinderea în prag de faliment precum și aspectele generale ale legislațiiei Republicii Moldova privind incapacitatea de plată a întreprinderilor. În capitolul doi al prezentei lucrări este prezentată infomrațiile referitor la sectorul în care își desfășoară activitatea întreprinderea analizată, precum si analiza situațiilor financiare obținute de întreprindere pe parcursul anilor analizați. În capitolul trei al prezentei lucrări este prezentată aprecierea probabilității de faliment in cadrul întreprinderii, indentificarea cauzelor care au condus la incapacitatea de plată. În acest contex au fost propuse cîteva direcții de însănătoșire a întreprinderii în vederea minimizării și excluderii probabilității de faliment prin pași concreți. Acest fapt va piermite ca întreprinderea să își corecteze situația plecară în care se află în ultimii ani și o va reorienta spre o activitate profitabilă.

The basic purpose of this paper is to diagnose the probability of bankruptcy of the company "General Instal Group" S.R.L. The achievement of the given goal is determined by several basic objectives: Presentation of the theoretical methods for determining the risk of bankruptcy; General presentation of the company's structure; Economic-financial analysis of the enterprise; Diagnosing and assessing the risk of bankruptcy; Proposal of the company's recovery plan. In the given thesis, the general methods of data processing and systematization were used, such as: analysis, synthesis, static methods of data processing. Chapter one of the present paper sets out the theoretical aspects such as general notions and concepts of the probability of bankruptcy. Also in the given chapter were presented the main factors that lead the enterprise to the verge of bankruptcy as well as the general aspects of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova regarding the insolvency of enterprises. In the second chapter of this work, the information is presented regarding the sector in which the analyzed enterprise operates, as well as the analysis of the financial statements obtained by the enterprise during the analyzed years. In the third chapter of this work, the assessment of the probability of bankruptcy within the enterprise is presented, the identification of the causes that led to the inability to pay. In this context, several directions for the recovery of the company were proposed in order to minimize and exclude the probability of bankruptcy through concrete steps. This fact will allow the company to correct its poor situation in recent years and will reorient it towards a profitable activity.
