Eficiența activității întreprinderii prin implementarea managementului financiar eficient

Abstract

Obiectul cercetării îl constituie activitatea economico-financiară a întreprinderii „5AQ INVEST” S.R.L., evaluarea stării financiare și metode de posibilă îmbunătățire a acesteia. Scopul tezei date de master este analiza situației financiare a întreprinderii și propunerea unor metode de redresare a situației financiare prin implementarea managementului financiar eficient. În teza dată au fost puse în aplicare metode de cercetare și analiză matematică și statistică, metode de analiză și interpretare a datelor și indicatorilor economici. Teza este structurată în: introducere, trei capitole, concluzii și recomandări, bibliografie și anexe. În introducere a fost argumentată actualitatea temei, obiectul de studiu, scopul acesteia și metodele de cercetare implementate.În capitolul 1 sunt relatate aspectele teoretice privind managementul financiar, funcțiile și sistemul informațional al acestuia.Capitolul 2 prezintă analiza economico- financiară a întreprinderii, divizată în 6 subcapitole, în care este studiată: ramura industriei construcțiilor, caracteristica generală a întreprinderii, analiza situației financiare, lichidității, stabilității, rentabilității și a profitului.Capitolul 3 cuprinde calculul capitalului necesar de lucru și măsurile propuse pentru eficientizarea activiății întreprinderii. Concluziile și recomandările sintetizează rezultatele obținute și recomandările propuse pentru eficientizarea activității întreprinderii prin implementarea strategiilor de management eficient.

The calculations presented and the analysis performed in this master's thesis are based on the official documentation of the enterprise "5AQ INVEST" S.R.L. The object of the research is the economic-financial activity of the enterprise "5AQ INVEST" S.R.L., the evaluation of the financial state and methods of its possible improvement. The purpose of the master's thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the company and to propose some methods of recovery of the financial situation by implementing effective financial management. In the given thesis, research methods and mathematical and statistical analysis, methods of analysis and interpretation of economic data and indicators were implemented. The thesis is structured in: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography and appendices.In the introduction, the topicality of the topic, the object of study, its purpose and the research methods implemented were argued.Chapter 1 describes the theoretical aspects of financial management, its functions and information system.Chapter 2 presents the economic-financial analysis of the enterprise, divided into 6 subchapters, in which it is studied: the branch of the construction industry, the general characteristic of the enterprise, the analysis of the financial situation, liquidity, stability, profitability and profit.Chapter 3 includes the calculation of the necessary working capital and the measures proposed to make the company's activity more efficient. The conclusions and recommendations summarize the results obtained and the proposed recommendations for the efficiency of the company's activity through the implementation of effective management strategies.
