Abstract:
The university course ”THE EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENTS IN CONSTRUCTION”
is meant to help the students of the II cycle Master degree, Technical University of Moldova to improve their knowledge in the field of investment, as well as methods of evaluation of efficiency of investment in construction projects. The paper is structured in four themes, contains statistical data, examples of calculation and aims to improve the students training process in agreement with the requirements of the real economy. At the end of the course students are offered individually to argue the efficiency of an investment project of construction, using the technique of the update of the value of money. A decision to accept or refuse the realization of the investment project of construction is based on the obtained results.
