dc.description.abstract | Mostra experimentală a vacuumetrului termoelectric are în componenţa sa un bloc electronic şi un convertor, al cărui element sensibil este o peliculă subţire electroizolantă pe suprafaţa căreia sunt depuse circuitele de încălzire şi de măsurare, ultimul realizat sub forma unei baterii de termocupluri. Pentru a reduce dependenţa de temperatura mediului ambiant, pe carcasa convertorului este plasat un termistor, care înregistrează schimbarea temperaturei carcasei convertorului, care ulterior este compensată de blocul electronic al vacuummetrului. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | An experimental prototype of a thermal vacuum gauge has been constructed; the gauge includes an electronic unit and a transducer, the sensitive element of which is a thin insulating film with heating and measuring circuits deposited on the film surface; the latter circuit is implemented in the form of a thermocouple array. To decrease the dependence on ambient temperature, a thermistor is mounted on the transducer case; the thermistor records a change in the temperature of the transducer case, which is subsequently compensated for by the electronic unit of the vacuum gauge. | en_US |
