dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la un procedeu de cultivare a levurilor Rhodotorula gracilis şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea enzimelor antioxidante superoxid dismutaza şi catalaza cu potenţial înalt de aplicare în industria microbiologică, farmaceutică şi cosmetică. Procedeul include obţinerea suspensiei de Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-03 prin cultivare timp de 24 de ore pe mediul YPD, inocularea suspensiei în concentraţie de 5% vol. pe mediul YPD cu adăugarea nanoparticulelor de Ag cu dimensiunea de 5 nm în concentraţie de 10,0...15,0 mg/L şi cultivarea la temperatura de 25...28°C cu agitare continuă la 180...200 rot./min în decurs de 72 de ore. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a process for cultivation of Rhodotorula gracilis yeast and can be used to produce antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase and catalase with high potential for use in the microbiological, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The method comprises production of a suspension of Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-03 by cultivation for 24 hours on YPD medium, inoculation of the suspension (5% vol.) on YPD medium with addition of Ag nanoparticles (5 nm) at a concentration of 10.0…15.0 mg/L and cultivation at a temperature of 25…28°C with continuous stirring at 180…200 rpm for 72 hours. | en_US |
