dc.description.abstract | Scopul principal al prezentării date a fost elaborarea de noi tehnici fiabile și reproductibile de inginerie pentru a fabrica structuri dimensional-reduse (straturi monocristale) de telurură de bismuth și izolator topologic semiconductor bismut–antimoniu (IT) n- și de tip p- pentru aplicații termoelectrice (microcoolers). S-au preparat straturi monocristaline unice de Bi2Te3 (1-20 μm) folosind metoda de exfoliere mecanică prin scindarea unui strat subțire din probe cristaline masive Bi2Te3 și Bi1-xSbx. Utilizarea straturilor de tip p- și n- ca ramuri n- și p- ale unui termocuplu și utilizarea metodei de segmentare au transversală de 5 x 10-4 cm2. Se știe că o creștere a temperaturii micro-senzorului cu 10oC duce la o scădere de două ori a durabilității senzorului. | en_US |
