dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, biona-notehnologie, biofarmaceutică, şi anume la un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis în scopul obţinerii materiei prime pentru elaborarea şi fabricarea preparatelor cu aplicare în medicină, farmaceutică şi cosmetologie. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede cultivarea culturii pe un mediu nutritiv mineral cu adaos de nanoparticule hidrosolubile de cupru cu dimensiunea de 5 nm în concentraţie de 3,15-3,18 µg/L. en_US
dc.description.abstract Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, бионанотехнологии, биофармацевтике, а именно к способу культивирования цианобактерии Spirulina platensis с целью получения сырья для разработки и изготовления препаратов для применения в медицине, фармацевтике и косметологии. Способ, согласно изобретению, предусматривает культивирование культуры на минеральной питательной среде с добавлением водорастворимых наночастиц меди размером 5 нм в концентрации 3,15-3,18 мкг/л. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to biotechnology, bionanotechnology and biopharmaceutics, namely to a process for cultivation of Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium for the purpose of obtaining raw material for the development and manufacture of drugs with application in medicine, pharmaceutics and cosmetology. The process, according to the invention, provides for the cultivation of the culture on a mineral nutrient medium with the addition of water-soluble copper nanoparticles of a size of 5 nm in a concentration of 3.15-3.18 μg/L. en_US
