Influenţa imunomodulatorilor asupra indicilor fagocitari şi bactericizi ai serului sangvin la viţeii nou-născuţi

Abstract

This work is devoted to the study of immunomodulators T-activine and colostrum influence on phagocytic and bactericidal indices of blood serum at new-born calves. It was showed that under the influence of colostrum the phagocytic activity increased by 1.16 times while under T-activine by 1.25 times. At the same time the bactericidal activity of blood serum increased under the influence of colostrum by 1.7 times and under T-activine by 1.26 times. It was also settled a high correlation degree between the bactericidal and phagocytic activity. So, under the influence of T-activine r=0.92 while under the influence of colostrum serum r=0.95 Recommendations regarding the prophylactic of immunodeficiency applied for the colostrum serum and T-activine to the newborn calves within 1.5-2 after their birth are presented in the article
