dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la nanotehnologia semiconductorilor oxizi, în particular la electrodepunerea nanofirelor de ZnOfuncționalizate cu nanoparticule din paladiu (Pd) și oxizi micști de PdO/PdO2, într-un singură etapă. Soluția cu electroit conține 0.2 mM ZnCl2 + 0.1 M KCl + PdCl2 1.5 μM. Oxidarea particulelor de Pd în oxizi micști dePdO/PdO2a fost obținută printr-un tratament termic în două etape(de la 150 la 250 ºC cu o rată de creștere de 1 ºC/min, și menținerea la 250 ºC timp de 12 ore). Nanotehnologiile elaborate permite reducerea esențială a etapelor tehnologice pentru fabricarea senzorilor de gaze cu performanțe înalte. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the nanotechnology of the metal oxides, in particular to the electrochemical one-step synthesis of Pd and PdO/PdO2 mixe doxidesnanoparticles- functionalized ZnO nanowires at temperature of 90 ºC. The electrolyte solution consist of 0.2 mM ZnCl2 + 0.1 M KCl + PdCl2 1.5 μM. The oxidation of Pd nanoparticles to PdO/PdO2 mixe doxides was achieved by two-step thermal annealing (at 150 to 250 ºC with growth rate of 1 ºC/min, and then maintaining at 250 ºC during 12 h). The developed nanotechnology allows to essential reducing in technological steps of fabricating the high performance gas sensors. en_US
