dc.description.abstract Scopul cercetării constă în valorificarea si identificarea compușilor biologic activi din diferite tipuri de aloe , analiza influentei metodelor de prelucrare asupra conservării compușilor biologic activi din aloe, creșterea valorii biologice a produselor clasice, propunerea spre lansare pe piață a noilor produse pe baza de aloe liofilizata cu activitate biologică sporita. Obiectivele cercetării presupun analiza abordărilor teoretice cu referire la caracteristica merceologica si botanica a plantei de Aloe, caracteristica fizico-chimica si potențialul funcțional a diferitor tipuri de Aloe. Analiza influentei metodelor prelucrare asupra conservării compușilor biologic activi din aloe. Elaborarea tehnologiei si rețetei de obținere a produsului cu activitate biologica sporita Acadele cu praf de aloe liofilizat. Cercetarea proprietăților fizico-chimice a produsului cu activitate biologica sporita. en_US
dc.description.abstract The purpose of the research consists in the valorization and identification of biologically active compounds from different types of aloe, the analysis of the influence of processing methods on the preservation of biologically active compounds from aloe, the increase of the biological value of classic products, the proposal for the market launch of new products based on lyophilized aloe with increased biological activity. The objectives of the research involve the analysis of theoretical approaches with reference to the merceological and botanical characteristics of the Aloe plant, the physical-chemical characteristics and the functional potential of different types of Aloe. Analysis of the influence of processing methods on the preservation of biologically active compounds from aloe. Development of the technology and recipe for obtaining the product with increased biological activity Lollipops with lyophilized aloe powder. Research of the physico-chemical properties of the product with increased biological activity. en_US
