Influenţa remediului Apifitostimulin asupra activităţii transaminazelor serice la ovine

Abstract

Scopul lucrării date a fost de a argumenta acţiunea benefică a remediului pe bază de produse apicole -Apifitostimulin asupra funcţiei ficatului la ovine. Pentru realizarea scopului propus se înaintează următoarele obiective: de a studia acţiunea remediului Apifitostimulin asupra profilului fermentative al transaminazelor serice şi a coeficientului Ritis înserul sanguin de la ovine.Experimentului au fost supuse 10 ovine aflate în ultima perioadă de gestaţie, cărora le-a fost administrat de două ori,la intervalul de 14 zile, remediul Apifitostimulin, şi 10 ovine ca lot martor. În serul sanguin a fost determinată activitatea aspartataminotransferazei, alaninaminotransferazei şi coeficientul Ritis. Rezultatele studiului au demonstrat influenţa pozitivă a acestui preparat asupra profilului fermentativ, în special asupra funcţiei hepatice la animale care au primit remediul,faţă de animalele din lotul martor,la care au fost înregistrate modificări hepatice caracteristice ovinelor în ultima perioadă de gestaţie.

The aim of this paper was to argue the beneficial effect of the remedy based on bee products-Apiphytostimulin onthe function ofsheep liver. Inorder to achieve the intended purpose, the following objectives have beenstated: to study the effect of the remedy Apiphytostimulin on the fermentation profileofserum transaminase and Ritis coefficient in the blood serum of sheep. The experiment included a group of 10 sheep in late gestation period, that received twice the remedy Apiphytostimulin (at the interval of 14 days) and other 10 sheep used as a control group. It was determined the activity of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and Ritis coefficient from the blood serum. The study results demonstrated a positive effect of this remedy on the fermentation profile, especially on the liver function of animals that received the remedy, compared with the animals from the control group, which recorded liver changes specific for the sheep in late gestation period.
