Influența indicatorilor macroeconomici asupra prețurilor construcțiilor locative

Abstract

The present paper combines the theoretical knowledge with the practical knowledge related to the diagnosis of the enterprise, namely those disciplines that are closely related to the topic studied. The purpose of the work: This work aims to determine the influence of macroeconomic indicators on prices, for this we aim to analyze the economic indicators of the company S.R.L "MIVARO GRUP" and the analysis of the evolution of prices for apartments from the projects carried out by this company, we also describe which of the indicators macroeconomic factors have influenced these prices and the prices of construction materials.

The structure of the paper: In the introduction, the actuality of the research theme, the necessity and the importance of the study are argued.

Chapter I - "General and methodological aspects regarding the construction activity in Chisinau" - we highlight the theoretical and economic aspects of the construction activity and the description of macroeconomic indicators.

Chapter II - "The influence of macroeconomic indicators on the real estate market in Chisinau".

-an analysis of macroeconomic indicators in the Republic of Moldova and the international situation related to Europe is presented

Chapter III - "Analysis of the economic efficiency of the construction company SRL "MIVARO GRUP" and the identification of the indicators that influence the price of real estate properties" - description of the company and the calculation of the economic indicators of the company.

The given work has a volume of 89 pages, 44 tables, 46 figures, 28 bibliographic sources, 4 appendices.

Prezenta lucrare îmbina cunoștințele teoretice cu cele practice ce țin de diagnosticarea întreprinderii și anume a celor discipline ce se află în strânsă legătură cu tema studiată. Scopul lucrării: Această lucrare are ca scop determinarea influenței indicatorilor macroeconomici asupra prețurilor, pentru aceasta avem ca scop analiza indicatorilor economici al companiei S.R.L “MIVARO GRUP” și analiza evoluției prețurilor la apartamente din proiectele realizate de această companie, la fel descriem și care din indicatorii macroeconomici au influențat asupra acestor prețuri și asupra prețurilor la materiale de construcții. Structura lucrării: În introducere este argumentată actualitatea temei de cercetare, necesitatea și importanța studiului. Capitolul I – „ASPECTELE GENERALE ȘI METODOLOGICE PRIVIND ACTIVITATEA DE CONSTRUCȚII ÎN CHIȘINĂU” – evedențiem aspectele teoretice și economice ale activității de construcții și descrierea indicatorilor macroeconomici. Capitolul II – „INFLUENȚA INDICATORILOR MACROECONOMICI ASUPRA PIEȚEI IMOBILULUI LOCATIV ÎN CHIȘINĂU” – este prezentată o analiză a indicatorilor macroeconomici în Republica Moldova și situația internațională ce ține de Europa. Capitolul III – „ANALIZA EFICIENTII ECONOMICE A COMPANIEI DE CONSTRUCTIE SRL „MIVARO GRUP” SI IDENTIFICAREA INDICATORILOR CE INFLUENTEAZA PRETUL BUNURILOR IMOBILE LOCATIVE”– descrierea companiei și calcularea indicatorilor economici ai companiei „MIVARO GRUP”, analiza evoluției prețurilor la apartamente din proiectele lor efectuate. Lucrarea data are un volum de 89 pagini, 44 tabele, 46 figuri, 28 surse bibliografice, 4 anexe.
