dc.description.abstract In lucrare sunt analizate caile de creare a sistemelor de asigurare a calitati la fabricarea aditiva si dezvoltarea artefactelor pentru testarea tehnologiilor aditive. Implementarea fabricaţiei additive pentru pre-producţie şi producţia de serie de scurtă depinde de repetabilitatea proprietăţilor de rugozitate a suprafeţelor ale pieselor. Trebuie efectuate cercetări practice de capacitate atat a procesului AM cat si a utilajului AM pentru un răspuns adecvat beneficiarilor industriali. Prin tehnici de proiectare parametrica a fost definită o familie de artefacte ce se potrivesc diferitelor dimensiuni ale sistemului AM şi pentru a satisface nevoile mai multor clienţi. Performanţa proceselor AM poate fi cu success stabilita prin testarea artefactelor: posibilitatea de generare a formei piesei, precizia, rugozitatea, distorsionari, rezistenta mecanica etc. en_US
dc.description.abstract The paper analyzes the ways to create quality assurance systems for additive manufacturing and artifact development for testing additive technologies. The implementation of additive manufacturing for preproduction and short series production depends on the repeatability of the surface roughness properties of the parts. Practical capacity research of both the AM process and the AM machine must be performed for an adequate response to the industrial beneficiaries. Parametric design techniques have defined a family of artifacts that fit the different dimensions of the AM system and to meet the needs of several customers. The performance of AM processes can be successfully established by testing the artifacts: the possibility of generating the part shape, accuracy, roughness, distortion, mechanical strength, etc. en_US
