Abstract

Investments represent the primary factor in the strategy of the developing of the national economy, of all branches and fields of activity,of the countries zones, a increase in national income, the condition of increasing the copetitivenes and the standart of living of our entire people. In the actual economic conditions, the electronic comunications have become a competitive factor for the economic agents, for the integral development of the society, for economic growth, both at microeconomic and macroeconomic level. This is possible through the continuous development of a modern and competitive electronic communications system by attracting investment.
