Sensorial and spectophotometrical analyze of the hydroalcoholic extracts of oak from different geographical origins

Abstract

In this work was made the sensorial analyze of the hidro alcoholic extracts of different types of oak, which are growing in France, East Europe (Moldavia, Romanis, Ukraine) and ehite American oak in union with spectrophotometrical analyse.

În lucrarea prezentată s-au efectuat analiza senzoriale ale extractelor hidroalcoolice a lemnului de stejar de diferite specii.
