Abstract:
Social, political and economical changes from the latest period, in general, and evolution a psychology education and learning sciences, in particular, have required education reform measures adequate to the demands of society. In the age where information and knowledge, in general, are the primary factors of development the importance of university is expected to increase. These challenges confirm that we need a dynamic education, formative, focusing on authentic values. The continuity of accelerated change, determines university’s continuous innovation and the amount of future alternative and human capacities of developing, preparing future professionals, that mean the tendency of development of personality from one level to another, higher performance and productivity in situations where the need for innovation and change requires to enrich the existing capability.
