Abstract

Caracterul inovativ al educaţiei prospective este legat de introducerea schimbărilor. Raportate la noua dinamică a fenomenului social, acestea solicită o abordare din perspectivă viitorologică, dar şi globală. Ca element esenţial al educaţiei pentru schimbare, educaţia prospectivă pune accent pe trecerea de la învăţarea de menţinere la învăţarea inovatoare , care nu este altceva decît un mijloc necesar pentru a pregăti atît indivizii, cît şi societăţile să acţioneze concertat în situaţii noi.

The inovational character of the prospective education is related with the new changes. And the change in the educational system is raported with the new dinamic of the social phenomenon, that requieres a work from the future prospective and the global one. As the esential element of the education for a change, the prospective education puts the accent on the swich from the maintainance study to innovative study which is nothing else but a required means to prepare the persons, also and the societies to act concentrated on the target in the new situations.
