Abstract

The essence of the regulatory reform provided in the Republic of Moldova consists of a well-balanced approach of drafting and implementing regulations. Such a balance is reached by analyzing the problem, possible solutions and interests of all parties that will be impacted by new regulations – the State, business and the general public.
