dc.description.abstract Au fost cercetate caracteristicile tranzitorii şi spectrale ale peliculelor nanostructurate şi epitaxiale de In2O3 în vecinătatea marginii fundamentale a benzii de absorbţie. S-a demonstrat că procesele de fotoconducţie în peliculele nanostructurate a oxizilor de metal diferă esenţial de cele din monocristale – deosebire, care rezultă din existenţa în pelicule a aşa numitelor stări lente de suprafaţă. en_US
dc.description.abstract On the example of nanoscale In2O3 films it was shown that the temporal, spatial, sensitive and spectral characteristics of photoconductivity are drastically differ from bulk ones. Photoconductivity in nanoscale metal oxydes considerably differs from bulk material due to the participation of so-called slow states in transfer processes of non-equilibrium carriers. en
dc.description.abstract Cet article présente une nouvelle méthode pour l’étude de l’interface des pellicules epitaxiales nanostructurées d’oxyde In2O3. Ont été abordé la notion des états lentes de surface, et aussi ont été investiguée la photoémission d’ électrons et les propriétés photoélectriques, les caractéristiques spectrales, transitoires, spatiales et la distribution spectrale de la photosensibilité. fr
dc.description.abstract Эксперименты по изучению фоточувствительных, переходных и спектральных характеристик нанокристаллических и эпитаксиальных тонких пленок In2O3 вблизи фундаментального края поглощения показало тесную взаимосвязь с индуцированными состояниями кислорода и озона в запрещенной зоне In2O3. С учетом медленных поверхностных состояний была предложена модель кинетики фотопроводимости. ru
