Managementul proiectelor în construcţii în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Lucrarea dată are ca scop determinarea importanței managementului proiectului în condiții reale, cercetând durata de viață a proiectului. Obiectivul proiectului dat este executarea lucrărilor de reparație și reconstrucție a Sectorului de poliție nr.2 al IP Florești din satul Mărculești r-nul Florești. Au fost urmați toți pașii de la studiul de fezabilitate, procedură de achiziție, semnarea contractului, execuția lucrărilor și darea în exploatare a bunului.

This work aims to determine the importance of project management in real conditions, researching the lifetime of the project. The objective of this project is the execution of repair and reconstruction works of the Police Sector no. 2 of Floresti PI from Marculesti village, Floresti district. All the steps were followed from the feasibility study, the procurement procedure, the signing of the contract, the execution of the works and the commissioning of the property.
