Aplicabilitatea materialelor de construcţie la reabilitarea clădirilor istorice

Abstract

Obiectivul principal abordat în teza de master fost identificarea materialelor de construcție necesare pentru reabilitarea clădirilor istorice, pentru aceasta s-a făcut analiza asupra modului de evidență și arhivare a datelor legate de aceste clădiri, s-a făcut un studiu asupra materialelor de construcție din care au fost construite aceste edificii, au fost stabilite principiile de reabilitare a clădirilor istorice și importanța selectării corecte a materialelor de construcție care ar păstra identitatea arhitecturală și în același timp ar spori rezistența structurală. S-a analizat cadrul legislativ din domeniu, în vederea stabilirii lacunelor care facilitează ignoranța și crimele care se fac față de patrimoniul cultural al țării. La fel a fost efectuată o analiză pe republică a zăcămintelor de substanțe minerale utile care ar putea servi ca materie primă pentru reabilitarea edificiilor culturale ale republicii.

The main objective addressed in the master's thesis was to identify the construction materials needed for the rehabilitation of historical buildings. The analysis was made on how to record and archive data related to these buildings. The study was made on the construction materials from which they were built. The principle of rehabilitation of historical buildings and the importance of the correct selection of materials that would preserve the architectural identity and at the same time increase structural strength were established. The legislative framework in the field was analyzed in order to establish the gaps that facilitate the ignorance and the crimes against the country's cultural heritage. Also, this analysis was made on the national deposits of useful mineral substances that could serve as a raw material for the rehabilitation of the cultural buildings of the Republic of Moldova and study on the rehabilitation project of the historical buildings.
