Eficienţa energetică – componentă în mixul energetic al ţării

Abstract

Teza este structurată în introducere, 4 capitole, concluzii generale, bibliografie, 44 pagini, 7 tabele, 4 figuri. Scopul lucrării: Analiza cadrului legal privind eficienţa energetică în Uniunea Europeană şi Republica Moldova. Propuneri de eficientizare a consumului de energie în sectorul rezidenţial (sectorul cu cel mai mare consum de energie în Republica Moldova); Obiectivele generale: reducerea consumului de resurse energetice, minimizarea impactului asupra mediului ambiant, creşterea economică prin optimizarea concumului de energie, sporirea securităţii energetice; Primul capitol include iniţierea activităţilor de eficienţă energetică, care s-au accentuat în a doua jumătate a secolului XX, mai întâi, după criza petrolului din anul 1973 şi poi, după manifestările tot mai frecvente către sfârşitul secolului ale schimbărilor climaterice, în urma creşterii în atmosferă a concentraţiei gazelor cu efect de sera. În al doilea capitol se examinează Legislaţia europeană privind eficienţa energetică, analiza concepţiilor promovate. Al treile capitol este despre evoluţia legislaţiei Republicii Moldova privind eficienţa energetică, dar şi calcularea intensităţii energetice a RM. Al 4-lea capitol descrie eficienţa energetică în sectorul rezidential, care are cel mai mare consum de energie – cca 42 %.Tot aici este efectuată o analiză a consumului de energie electrică pentru iluminat şi posibilităţile de reducere.

Proposals for efficient energy consumption in the residential sector (the sector with the highest energy consumption in the Republic of Moldova); General objectives: reducing the consumption of energy resources, minimizing the impact on the environment, economic growth by optimizing the energy consumption, increasing the energy security; The first chapter includes the initiation of energy efficiency activities, which increased in the second half of the twentieth century, first, after the oil crisis of 1973 and then, after the increasingly manifestations frequent towards the end of the century of climate change, following the increase in the atmosphere of the concentration of greenhouse gases. The second chapter examines the European legislation on energy efficiency, the analysis of the promoted concepts. The third chapter is about the evolution of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on energy efficiency, but also the calculation of the energy intensity of the Republic of Moldova. The fourth chapter describes the energy efficiency in the residential sector, which has the highest energy consumption - about 42%. Everything here is an analysis of the electricity consumption for lighting and the possibilities of reduction.
