Analiza siguranței și stării tehnice a clădirilor exploatate

Abstract

В данной дипломной работе рассмотрены различные варианты проведения анализа надежности, а также приведена методика обследования и установления истинного технического состояния эксплуатируемых зданий и сооружений. Дипломная работа состоит из 5-ти глав и содержит в себе 51 страницу. В начале даны определения основным терминам, которые будут использоваться в дальнейшем по ходу работы. Далее подробно описываются методы, посредством которых можно произвести анализ надежности конкретного здания или сооружения, отдельное внимание в работе уделено прогнозированию вероятности аварий. В следующих главах представлены способы обследования технического состояния зданий и сооружений, и даны рекомендации по проведению детальных обследований существующих строительных конструкций. В последней главе, на примере двух заглубленных железобетонных резервуаров, произведен анализ надежности данных конструкций, и на основе этого построены их предполагаемые древа отказов, и по полученным данным исследования, сделан вывод о том, какая конструктивная схема эффективнее.

În lucrarea dată sunt analizate diferite variante ale efectuării analizei siguranței, și este dată metodică efectuării analizei tehnice și determinării stării tehnice a clădirilor exploatate. Lucrarea de master conține 5 capitole și are 51 de foi. La începutul lucrării sunt date definițiile termenelor principali care se vor utiliza in lucrarea dată. În continuare se descriu metodele, cu ajutorul cărora se poate de efectuat analiza siguranței cladirii. În capitolele următoare sunt prezentate metodele efectuării analizei stării tehnice a clădirilor, sunt date recomandări pentru efuctuarea analizelor. În ultimul capitol, luînd ca exemplu două rezorvoare pentru apă înglobate din beton armat, a fost efectuată analiză siguranței, și pe baza analizei acesteia au fost construite schemele renunțării, și in baza schemelor acestora a fost facută concluzia care dintre schemele rezervorului este mai efectivă.

In this work we examined the various options for the analysis of reliability, as well as shows the survey methodology and the establishment of a true technical condition of operated buildings. The work consists of 5 chapters and contains 51 pages. At the beginning of the main terms are definitions that will be used later in the course of work. Next described in detail the methods by which it is possible to analyze the reliability of a particular building or structure, special attention is paid to predict the likelihood of accidents. In the following chapters, methods for examination of technical condition of buildings and structures, and provides recommendations for the detailed surveys of existing building structures. In the last chapter, the example of two concrete tanks buried, the analysis of the reliability of the data structures, and on the basis of constructed their alleged failure of the tree, and from this study, it was concluded that any structural scheme effectively.
