dc.description.abstract The objective of the paper is to analyze the challenges for growth management by a small consulting firm in the conditions of a maturing market, propose recommendations for organizational improvements that should be undertaken by a small consulting firm while coping with its growth and increased client complexity. These recommendations are prioritizing interventions and improvements that such firms should undertake at the strategic and operational management level. en_US
dc.description.abstract Obiectivul articolului este de a analiza oportunităţile de creştere managerială a firmelor mici de consultanţă în condiţii de maturizare a pieţei şi de a propune recomandări pentru îmbunătăţiri organizaţionale care trebuie întreprinse de către firmele mici de consultanţă în condiţii de creştere a complexităţii cerinţelor clienţilor ce implementează strategii de creştere. Recomandările constau în intervenţii prioritizate şi îmbunătăţiri care trebuie întreprinse de aceste firme la nivel strategic şi operaţional. ro
dc.description.abstract L'objectif de ce papier est d'analize les défis de la gestion de la croissance des petite entreprise consultatives dans un marché mature, le cas de la Moldavie, et de proposer des recommandations d'améliorations organisationnelles qui doivent être entrepris par une petite entreprise de consultants tout en faisant face avec la croissance et la sophistication accrue des actuelles clients. Ces recommandations sont des interventions prioritaire et des améliorations que ces entreprises devraient entreprendre au niveau du management stratégique et opérationnel. fr
dc.description.abstract Цель статьи состоит в анализе возможностей улучшения управления молдавскими консультационными малыми фирмами в условиях роста рынка и в разработке предложений и рекомендаций для организационного улучшения таких фирм в условиях роста спроса на предоставление комплексных услуг для растущих клиентов. Предложенные рекомендации и мероприятия по улучшению управления должны предприниматься на операционном и на стратегическом уровне. ru
