Evaluarea bunăstării şi diferenţei sociale a populaţiei Republicii Moldova (Partea II)

Abstract

Reieşind din conceptual economic majoritar că distribuţia veniturilor şi creşterea economică sunt reciproc influenţate, autorul şi-a propus obiectivul de a analiza gradul de bunăstare a populaţiei din Republica Moldova. Intru realizarea acestui deziderat s-a propus o metodă de evaluare a bunăstării prin utilizarea indicatorilor economici, şi, anume: sursele şi structura veniturile gospodăriilor casnice; consumurile şi structura acestora în gospodăriilor casnice; nivelul şomajului în ţară; dinamica indicatorului Gini. Au fost studiate structura veniturilor şi cheltuielilor ale gospodăriilor casnice pe grupe de quintile şi decile. Cercetarea efectuată i-au permis autorului să argumenteze legătură direct proporţională dintre veniturile şi cheltuielile gospodăriilor casnice ale populaţiei Republicii Moldova şi indicatorul Gini, care au demonstrat prezenţa diferenţei sociale în repartizarea veniturilor în societatea moldovenească.

Given that the majority of the economic concept of income distribution and growth are mutually influenced, the author proposed the objective of analyzing wellbeing of the population in Moldova. To achieve this goal it is proposed a method of assessing welfare through the use of economic indicators, and namely: the sources and structure of household income, consumption and structure of the household, the level of unemployment in the country, the dynamics of the Gini indicator. These indicators were analyzed according to: sources of training and expense items, urban or rural area of residence of households, their relationship to subsistence, co-relation between average monthly income available per person and the average minimum existence for a certain period etc. It was been studied structure of household income and expenditure by quintile and decile groups. The research enabled the author to argue directly proportional relation between household income and expenditure of the population of Moldova and the Gini indicator which shows the presence of social differences in income distribution in Moldovan society.

Étant donné que la majorité de la notion économique de la répartition des revenus et la croissance sont mutuellement influencés, l'auteur a proposé l'objectif d'analyser le bien-être de la population en Moldavie. Pour atteindre cet objectif, il est proposé une méthode d'évaluation du bien-être grâce à l'utilisation des indicateurs économiques, et notamment: les sources et la structure du revenu des ménages, la consommation et la structure du ménage, le niveau du chômage dans le pays, la dynamique de l'indicateur de Gini. Structure du revenu des ménages et des dépenses par groupes de quintile et le décile. La recherche a permis l'auteur de faire valoir par rapport directement proportionnel entre le revenu et dépenses des ménages de la population de la Moldavie et l'indicateur de Gini qui montre la présence de différences sociales dans la répartition des revenus dans la société moldave.

Учитывая, что большинство экономических концепций придерживаются мнения, что распределение доходов и экономический рост взаимосвязаны, автор задался целью изучить проблему благополучия населения в Республике Молдова. Для достижения этой цели он предложил метод оценки благосостояния через систему экономических показателей, а именно: источники и структура доходов домохозяйств; структура потребления домохозяйств, уровень безработицы в стране, динамика индикатора Gini. Автор изучил структуру доходов и расходов домашних хозяйств по квинтильным и децильным группам, что позволили ему доказать наличие прямо пропорциональной зависимости между уровнем доходов, расходов домашних хозяйств населения Р.Молдова и индикатором Gini. Это еще раз подтвердило наличие социальных различий населения по уровню развития, вызванным неравномерным распределением доходов в Республике Молдова.
