Pentru această evaluare au fost aplicate astfel de instrumente strategice ca Modelul Porter şi Analiza Diamant. De asemenea, au fost identificate principalele caracteristici ale pieţei produselor de panificaţie din Moldova. en_US
dc.description.abstract The present article deals with the evaluation of external business environment for bakery industry from the Republic of Moldova which is on the basis of strategic diagnosis. The strategic tools as Porter model and Diamond analysis were applied for this evaluation. Also, the main characteristics of bakery market from Moldova were identified. en
