dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de producere a materialelor nanostructurate, în special la procedee de obţinere a nanostructurilor prin tratament electrochimic, care pot fi aplicate în micro-, opto- şi nanoelectronică. Procedeul de obţinere a nanostructurilor tubulare de oxid de aluminiu pe suport de aluminiu include decaparea electrochimică a unei folii de aluminiu într-un electrolit, totodată decaparea electrochimică se efectuează într-o soluţie apoasă de sulfat de nichel cu concentraţia de 0,5…3,0 g/ml la temperatura de 15…40˚C şi tensiunea curentului de 35…50 V, cu corodarea chimică ulterioară într-o soluţie apoasă de acid ortofosforic cu concentraţia de 5,0…15,0 g/ml la temperatura de 20…50˚C. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the technology for producing nanostructured materials, in particular to electrochemical processes for obtaining nanostructures that can be applied in micro-, opto- and nanoelectronics. The process for obtaining tubular aluminum oxide nanostructures on aluminum support includes the electrochemical etching of an aluminum foil in an electrolyte, at the same time the electrochemical etching is carried out into an aqueous solution of nickelous sulphate with a concentration of 0,5…3,0 g/ml at the temperature of 15…40°C and current voltage of 35…50 V, with subsequent chemical etching into an aqueous solution of orthophosphoric acid with a concentration of 5,0…15,0 g/ml at the temperature of 20…50°C. en_US
